ANOTHER Jog. This time 10 minutes.

So i'm kinda getting the hang of this. I took a 10 minute jog yesterday and did some weight lifting. No pain, only pure bliss.

I'm still taking it very easy and plan on doing this jogging thing once a week only. I could just walk briskly, you know.. but at least I know I can run if I had to.

So in summary, I can jog without any adverse effects.
