I'm 28, 4 years into my artificial disc replacement surgery. I had a herniated disc at L4/L5 and Degenerative Disc Disease at the same level. I've tried different things to get it healed, starting with conservative treatment and even stem cells. Ultimately, on Nov. 3rd, 2010 I flew to England and had an M6-L Artificial Disc Replacement.
