I'd say i'm 80%-85% there.
My back is feeling stronger and stronger every day. I'd say that remaining 15% can be divided three ways:
-5% in core strengthening
-5% in nerves healing
-5% in my own confidence in doing more things
I still haven't gone jogging. I feel like i'm not ready yet, mainly because i've been hiding from exercising for the past 2 months. I promise i'll try in the next month.. i'm joining a gym here in Miami!
Nerves are upset sometimes, but most of the time they are wonderful! They usually get upset after a long day of furniture shopping, nothing else.
Overall, everything's great! I'm 100% better than pre-op. I've been out drinking and dancing, and the next day is bliss (except for hangovers of course!).
I promise i'll get on that treadmill soon!
